Welcome to Krabi Blue Sky. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before booking our tours or using our website. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Krabi Blue Sky operates premium outdoor tours and adventure experiences (including but not limited to ATV tours, island excursions, and transport services) based in Krabi, Thailand. All services are provided subject to compliance with local regulations and Thai Law.
2. Booking and Payments
Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website, approved travel agents, or directly at our service counters in Krabi.
Payment: Full payment or a designated deposit is required to secure your booking. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.
Confirmation: Your booking is only guaranteed once you receive a formal confirmation voucher via email or messaging service.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because outdoor activities rely heavily on weather conditions, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
Weather and Safety Cancellations: Krabi Blue Sky reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy storms, rough seas). In the event that we cancel the tour, you will be offered an alternative date or a 100% full refund.
4. Health, Safety, and Adventure Risks
Physical Requirements: Our adventure tours (especially ATV rides) can be physically demanding. Participants must be in good health and free from medical conditions that could be aggravated by vigorous activity (such as back injuries, heart conditions, or pregnancy).
Safety Briefings: You must strictly follow all instructions and safety briefings provided by our local guides. Failure to wear required safety gear (helmets, life jackets) will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks. Krabi Blue Sky is not liable for personal injuries, accidents, or illness sustained during the tour, except as required under Thai insurance laws.
5. Personal Property
Krabi Blue Sky is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (such as cameras, phones, wallets, or jewelry) during our tours. We highly recommend using waterproof bags and leaving expensive items at your hotel.
6. Travel Insurance
We provide basic accident insurance as required by the Department of Tourism of Thailand for all registered guests. However, this basic coverage may not cover all medical expenses. We strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance that covers outdoor adventure sports prior to arrival.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krabi, Thailand.
